Combination punching/laser

Driessen Las-Plaatwerk BV has 5 lasercuttingmachines available of which 2 are equiped with a punch combination. The 3,5 KW FPL Laser of Finn-Power has a maximum sheet size of 3000*1500mm and is equiped with linear drive technology that make it possible to laser fast and with high-accuracy in sheetmetal up to 3mm. This machine is equiped with a full automatic selfstore unit in which the sheetstock can be divided. The FPL makes use of a continous material flow, so it can run 24*7 unmanned.

Embroidering on the lineair drive technology we have a combination-machine with a maximum sheet size of 3000 - 1500 mm at our disposal. This machine is equiped with a robot to load and unload, which makes it possible to operate the machine completely unmanned. The machine has a turret with 72 punchingtools as well as a tap-unit (m2,5 up to m6) in combination with a 2,5 KW slab laser that combines a perfect cutting quality with speed and accuracy.

To cut more thicker material (from 4 mm) we have 2 Bystronic lasercuttingmachines up to 4 KW available.
